I don’t care what it is you want to be, or do, or have, but whatever it is, do something toward achieving it before the day is over. Don’t talk yourself out of it. Don’t overthink it. It doesn’t have to be anything big. It just has to be something.

VISIT THAILAND – Cindy and I are planning to take a two-week trip to Thailand within the next couple of years, so this is what I did today to help make that happen:
- I set up the bank account to transfer a certain dollar amount every week (for 52 weeks) into savings, which will be used for our trip.
- Bought Lonely Planet’s Discover Thailand guidebook
so we can start figuring out what we want to do, and where we want to go when we get there.

Sandwich’s can be a danger zone… its the bread and the spread that gives you the cals and avocados… as much as I freaking love love love them are not cheap in the cal department.
